We had a great stay at the Pensiunea Crystal. the spacious rooms were a welcome surprise, and the brand new building was both modern and comfortable. the reception desk was open 24/7 and the staff were extremely helpful, solving all our problems in no time. We also appreciated the early morning taxi service, which was prompt and reliable. the many TV channels and the breakfast provided were also highlights of our stay. the experience was enjoyable and we would highly recommend Pensiunea Crystal to others. Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. the attention to detail and service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were always available and ready to solve any issues we had. Secondly, the prices were extremely reasonable, offering great value for money. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great view. We particularly loved having a fridge in the room, which was an added convenience for us.
